At Rakuten Kobo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your eReading experience; if you are not, you can return your Kobo eReader in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit the 'My Orders' section of your account or contact Kobo Customer Care to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day window.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your eReader and all original accessories in the original retail packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our returns center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your returned device, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
